Pentair Gift Reporting Form

Employees should use the attached form to request approval for gifts given or received. Pentair’s Conflicts of Interest, Gifts & Entertainment policy requires that Pentair employees report any gifts given or received over $125 USD. In all cases, the granting of or receipt of gifts, meals or entertainment must comply with applicable industry codes and local law.

After the gift form is submitted, your local human resources representative will review it and contact you within 3-5 business days.
